ABOUT JOHN J DALY

John Daly is known within the construction industry as the most  accomplished builder of ultra-high-end custom homes in Southern California and beyond. A living legend, John may have delivered more homes over one hundred million dollars than any other project executive.  His resume includes the Beverly Hills Hotel Bungalows, an authentic French Country manor, a Moroccan mansion in Montecito, a stunning architectural concrete house built to display over one billion dollars in art in Malibu, and the remodel of the 4 Seasons Hotel on Central Park in New York City. He is currently overseeing the restoration and remodel of the former Playboy Mansion.

Building these iconic homes requires a truly rare combination of technical knowledge and adept personnel management. The complexity of each project pushes engineering to its limits. Only the best consultants managed by the best builders can successfully deliver to completion the designs of world-class interior designers and architects such as Tadao Ando, I.M.Pei, Gensler, and Peter Marino. John’s resume attests that he is at the top and forefront of his field.

John has managed hundreds of people at a time on site, dealt directly with the most demanding clients, and operated under timelines that were impossible for others all while resourcing the rarest of finish elements from around the world.

It is this Level 5 leadership that John brings to his projects. John creates a sense of community, teamwork, and respectful recognition of each member’s gifts and talents. This forges a conducive atmosphere of pleasant, coordinated comradery even under the most difficult circumstances.  His belief in positive, encouraging leadership lends itself to supporting people’s strengths and mitigating their shortcomings.  As a result, a unique environment of synchronized and harmonic teamwork spreads out over all the subcontractors working on a project.
